SK-32, SK-34 and SK-36. Good thermal shock resistance at a lower cost — for low- and medium-temperature working linings and backup layers.
Non-standard sizes and special positions, made to drawing: kiln doors, burner blocks, peep holes, arch pieces, and precast pieces delivered whole.

Send a CAD file or a dimensioned sketch. The quotation states whether we can make it, any mould cost, the minimum per shape, and the lead time.
Shaped refractories are made at our plant in Zibo, from raw material to packed pallet. Batch quality, production schedule and delivery are under our direct control.
Bauxite, clay and binders batched by grade. Pressed to shape, with density and dimensional tolerance recorded.
Firing and test scope follow the offered product and agreed quality plan. Ask for the applicable methods and report coverage.
Packing, grade identification, lot traceability and accompanying documents are specified for the order.
Potential applications include industrial heating, steel, cement and other high-temperature equipment. A furnace name alone does not establish the correct grade. Send the actual zone conditions and drawing for a product-specific review.

We make shaped refractories ourselves. Insulating firebrick, ceramic fiber and other items come from long-term partner producers in Zibo. Items we can supply are quoted line by line, and confirmed items are consolidated for shipment from Qingdao.
